I’ve been teaching health for seven years, and let me tell you, teens are no joke. I’ve had amazing classroom moments… and I’ve also been cyberbullied with college swimsuit pics. Yeah. That happened.
But despite all that, I truly love working with teens. Their energy, their chaos, their weird honesty - I get it.
That’s why I started creating my own middle and high school health curriculum. I couldn’t keep teaching stuff that felt cringey and disconnected. I needed lessons that were real, funny, challenging, and worth staying up late for.
Now, I spend my days with my team of educators designing health curriculum that makes teens think and makes teachers feel confident. I built LifeFluent to bring health class back to life and to give you that “this is why I teach” moment as often as possible.
