Everything you need to start the tough conversations
Hi, I'm Katie
-the one-woman show behind LifeFluent. When I shifted from teaching history to health, the resources I had to work with were... let’s just say, not cutting it.
Outdated? Check
Disconnected? Double-check.
Motivating? Not even close.
I knew there had to be a better way to spark a real conversation about prevention with teens.
My teen years were a bit of a mess. I’m sure you can relate & SO CAN YOUR STUDENTS. That’s why I created LifeFluent – it's about giving students something relevant, something that gets them talking and thinking about their choices and health. I made these activities because that’s what I would have wished for as a teen! In a way, it’s my gift to my younger self.
